Stag parties

Oulun Kamppailuklubi has offered stag party activities for female and male groups for years. Feedback has always been great! When you can do something out of ordinary with the group it has a energizing effect for the rest of the night.

Oulun Kamppailuklubi has professional coaches that can guarantee a sweat for the whole stag group! Every training includes a functional warm up that could be implemented into one's sport. We can add a little competition to raise team spirit! Guided cool-down at the end of the training leaves a nice feeling to the body and mind.

We recommend everyone to join the training, but it is also possible to just have the bachelor/-ette do the sweating!

Thainyrkkeily

Muay Thai

Here you can release the pressure by punching and kicking. Don't kick the bachelor/-ette! Kicking and punching will be done on equipment; punching bags, kicking pads, etc. We will go through techniques and go from there! Neck and shoulder stiffness will be long gone after this training.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - BJJ

The class starts with body weight warm up that improve mobility, coordination, body control and muscle condition. After warm up we will be doing training with a partner and learning some locks.

Mixed Martial Arts - MMA

We will be going through different martial art techniques with partners and equipment. We can't promise you to kick bachelor/-ette's ass, but we can guarantee a good sweat!

Self-defense

Training will go through most common attack/assault situations and how to defend yourself from them. Training includes warm up and practical technique training.

Mobility training

On this class we will do mobility training that's suitable for almost all sports. We will also do balance, nervous system and body control training. You can implement these in to your own training!
