Every odd week you can use the InBody measurement system in KlubiStore without appointment.

We use InBody 770 machine for body composition analysis. It is currently the most developed and advanced measurement system in the market. It is used by professionals in healthcare, rehabilitation and sports.

InBody measurement includes:

Advice for measurement

TO OBTAIN ACCURATE MEASUREMENT, WE RECOMMEND THE FOLLOWING:

  • Measurement is to be done on empty stomach (min. 2 hours after eating)
  • Avoid alcohol preferably 2 days before measurement
  • Visit the toilet approximately 30 minutes before measurement (bladder should be as empty as possible)
  • Avoid measurement during a period or while taking a medicine that increases the excretion of urine
  • Avoid physical exercise preferably 12 hours before measurement
  • Avoid showering/sauna before measurement (affects body temperature and moisture)
  • Be standing up minimum of 5 minutes before measurement
  • During winter, standardize your body temperature by going inside/warm for 20 minutes before measurement
  • For accurate weight measurement please take off heavy clothes, jewellery etc.
  • Measurement is done on bare feet, be prepared to take off your socks/pantyhose
  • Follow up measurements should be done with the same condition as the previous measurement
  • Mittaus suoritetaan tyhjällä vatsalla
  • Mittaus suoritetaan vähintään kaksi tuntia ruokailun jälkeen
  • Vältä alkoholin käyttöä mieluusti 2vrk ennen mittausta
  • Käy wc:ssä n. 30min ennen mittausta, virtsarakon tulisi olla mahdollisimman tyhjä

  • Ei kuntoilua, saunomista tai suihkussa käyntiä ennen mittausta
    • vaikuttavat kehon lämpötilaan ja kosteuteen
  • Vältä fyysistä rasitusta mielellään 12h ennen mittausta
  • Ole seisaallasi vähintään 5min ennen mittausta
  • Talvella ole lämpimässä 20min ennen mittausta
    • kehon lämpötila ehtii vakioitua

    • mittaus suoritetaan paljain jaloin, varaudu riisumaan sukat/sukkahousut
  • seurantamittaukset tulisi suorittaa aina mahdollisimman samanlaisissa olosuhteissa
